    Stability Ball can be a pretty awesome way to learn how to flow and keep control of your core.

    I know this doesn't answer your question directly but a fantastic resource for solo drills is Andre Galvao's book 'Drill to Win'. Andre outlines a 12 month plan to become better at jiu-jitsu. Most are solo drills but there are many partner drills too. I highly recommend it.

      I have flipped through this book, it has tons of good stuff in there.
